From June 1 thru July 15, 2009, contestants may visit any Aloha Petroleum Island Mini-Mart (hereafter referred to as Sponsor) location on Oahu or the Big Island of Hawaii and enter for a chance to win one of ten 100,000 HawaiianMiles Grand Prizes. One winner will be selected from each of the “10 Regions of Aloha” as shown above in the 10 Regions listings.
Official Rules are on the entry boxes in each location as shown above.
The MMG is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. The deadline for participating in the MMG is 11:59 p.m. HST, July 15, 2009. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the giveaway Official Rules before any prize will be awarded. All taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize will be permitted. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Contestants agree to be bound by the terms of the Official Rules as shown on the Entry Box and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the MMG.
By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, and advertising and promotional agencies harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion.
