HONOLULU, HAWAII – Aloha Petroleum recently donated $17,866.56 to Hawaii Community Foundation’s Maui Strong Fund. The funds were raised through canister donations at Aloha Island Mart locations in August to September and included a $10,000 minimum match donation from Aloha Petroleum.

“We’re truly grateful for the generosity of our customers and the community,” said Casie Bui, director of sales operations and marketing at Aloha Petroleum. “Their contributions, combined with our matching donation, will support ongoing relief efforts on Maui.”

In the two months following the devastating wildfires, Aloha Petroleum, in collaboration with its parent companies Sunoco LP and Energy Transfer, has contributed over $127,000 in relief to the Maui community. This support has been channeled through donations to various organizations, including the Maui Food Bank, Maui Economic Opportunity Inc., American Red Cross (Pacific Islands Region), The Salvation Army (Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division), and the Hawaii Community Foundation’s Maui Strong Fund.
